Meet the Founder

I'm Nawal Bendefa — Human Performance Partner, PCC coach, facilitator, founder of UTP Coaching Solutions.

I have more than ten years in corporate across Morocco and Switzerland before I built a coaching practice across the Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, the US and back to Switzerland for another journey. Now I’m based in Belgium en connected to the world.

I coach and facilitate in English, French and Arabic.
